Refinancing update

Premier is pleased to announce that the schemes of arrangement (the Schemes) of Premier and Premier Oil UK Limited received final sanction today at a hearing of the Court of Session in Scotland. Following the sanction of the Schemes the refinancing is expected to become effective on 28 July 2017.
