Premier announces that it has been notified that Dave Blackwood, a Non-Executive Director of the Company, has purchased 10,000 ordinary shares in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 95.50 pence per Ordinary Share.
 As a result of this purchase of Ordinary Shares, Dave Blackwood is interested in 10,000 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.001% of the Company's issued ordinary share capital.
