PREMIER OIL PLC(the "Company")

Listing Application

An application has been made by the Company to the Financial Conduct Authority and the London Stock Exchange for the admission of 1,710,788 ordinary shares of 12.5 pence each (the "Shares") in connection with the quarterly interest payment, due on 27 October 2017, to holders of the Company's $245m convertible bonds.

Upon issuance, the Shares will trade on the London Stock Exchange, be admitted to the Official List and will rank pari passu with existing ordinary shares. It is expected that admission will take place on 27 October 2017.
