PREMIER OIL PLC(the "Company")

Listing Application

The Company has received cashless exercise notices in respect of 6,493,092 equity warrants issued as part of the Company's refinancing.

The Company has today allotted a total of 1,936,380 Ordinary Shares of 12.5p each (the "Allotted Shares") as a result of the exercise of such equity warrants, representing the net settlement on a cashless basis.

Application has been made by the Company to the Financial Conduct Authority and the London Stock Exchange for the Allotted Shares to be admitted to the Official List.

Admission of the Allotted Shares is expected to take place on 4 August 2017.

These Allotted Shares will rank pari passu with the existing Ordinary Shares.
