Director/PDMR shareholding
Premier Asset Management Group PLC (AIM: PAM) today announces that it has been notified of the following transaction in the Company's ordinary shares of 0.02p each , undertaken by Michael O'Shea, Chief Executive Officer, a person discharging managerial responsibility.
Mr O'Shea's shareholding in the Company is now 3,279,369 ordinary shares of 0.02p each, including the interest of his spouse and their respective SIPPs via TD Waterhouse Nominees (Europe) Limited.
