Directorate Changes

Premier Miton Group plc (AIM: PMI) today announces that Mike Vogel has informed the Board that he will not be seeking re-election as Chairman at the Company's forthcoming Annual General Meeting on 3 February 2021 and will retire from the Board at this Meeting.

Mike Vogel has served as Chairman since 2007 and, in recent years, has overseen the Company's admission to trading on AIM and the merger of Premier Asset Management with Miton Group.

Robert Colthorpe will be appointed as Chairman at the AGM on 3 February 2021. Robert joined the Board in 2016; he is currently the Senior Independent Director and Chair of the Audit and Risk Committee. Premier Miton expects to appoint a new Non-Executive Director during 2021 following a recruitment process and an announcement will be made in due course.

After over 13 years, I feel the time is now right to step aside and we are very fortunate that we have someone with Robert's deep experience and expertise to take on the role. Robert Colthorpe

Robert is a highly experienced corporate financier working with a wide range of clients, mainly in the financial services sector. His 30-year career includes roles at major merchant and investment banks (Morgan Grenfell, Deutsche Bank, Société Générale and ABN Amro) as well as with boutique advisory firms (Hawkpoint and Europa Partners). He qualified as a Chartered Accountant with Arthur Andersen.
