Correction to PDMR/Director Dealing
Premier Miton Group plc (AIM: PMI) announces that the following amendment is being made to the PDMR announcement released on 2 September 2021 under RNS number 5809K (the 'Initial Announcement') in relation to the acquisition of ordinary shares of 0.02 pence each ('Ordinary Shares') by the trustee of the Company's Share Incentive Plan operating through Global Shares Trustees (UK) Limited, a UK registered company for the Company's Share Incentive Plan ('Plan').
In the initial Announcement, the number of Dividend Shares acquired for the persons discharging managerial responsibilities ('PDMRs') named below was incorrectly presented in error as 146 Dividend Shares rather than 120 Dividend Shares.
As part of the transactions referred to above and pursuant to disclosure requirements under the UK Market Abuse Regulation, certain persons discharging managerial responsibilities ('PDMRs') acquired Ordinary Shares as follows:
