Blocklisting Application
Parkmead reports that an application has been made to the London Stock Exchange for a blocklisting of securities in respect of 1,160,933 ordinary shares of 1.5 pence each ("New Ordinary Shares") to be admitted to trading on AIM.
The New Ordinary Shares will be issued from time to time in order to satisfy the future exercise of options over Ordinary Shares by the Company's employees under the The Parkmead Group plc. share option scheme.
These New Ordinary Shares will be issued and credited as fully paid and will rank pari passu in all respects with the existing Ordinary Shares of the Company.
It is expected that the blocklisting will become effective on 28 February 2014.
