The Parkmead Group plc (PMG) reports that it has acquired 0.16% of the listedshare capital of PAR (230,000 shares) for a consideration of £0.99 million. PARis a fast growing oil and gas group which is acquiring and developing oil andgas reserves in Tunisia, the Norwegian continental shelf, Equatorial Guinea andthe Republic of Congo.
