Director Shareholding

Plethora Solutions Holdings PLC (AIM: PLE) was notified on 8 February 2016 that the liquidator of ARBB AG ("ARBB"), a company that is in voluntary liquidation, autonomously completed the disposal of 1,600,000 ordinary shares in aggregate in the Company (representing approximately 0.19 per cent. of the issued share capital of the Company) on 2 February 2016 at an average price of 3.61 pence per share realising £57,719 for meeting its liquidation costs.

40.91 per cent. of the issued share capital of ARBB is owned by Burnbrae Ltd, which is 100% beneficially owned by James Mellon. However, James Mellon exercises no control over ARBB as full control is being exercised by the liquidators.

Following this disposal ARBB no longer holds any shares in Plethora.

James Mellon's current interest in ordinary shares in the Company, including those held through Regent Pacific Group Limited, is 242,158,261 ordinary shares representing 29.41 per cent. of the Company.
