REDEMPTION AT MATURITY OF SERIES OF BONDS ISSUED IN POLAND
Plaza Centers N.V. ("Plaza" or the "Company") announces that, further to the decision of the Israeli Series A and Series B Bondholders, the Company has redeemed in full the series of bonds issued in Poland at their principal amount together with interest accrued to the maturity date. Upon completion of the redemption, the Company has no outstanding bonds issued in Poland.
