Record Date for Bondholders entitled to Bondholders' Shares 

The directors of Plaza Centers N.V. ("Plaza" or the "Company"), a leading emerging markets property developer, announce that fully paid Bondholders' Shares will be credited to the securities accounts of the persons who are Bondholders as of 10 December 2014 (as opposed to 2 December 2014 as previously disclosed). No action is required from the Bondholders to acquire the Bondholders' Shares.
