NOTIFICATION OF MAJOR INTEREST IN SHARES
Plaza Centers N.V. ("Plaza" or the "Company"), announces that it received notification on 8 March 2013 that the ING Open Pension Fund of Poland now holds 35,075,662 shares in the Company, representing approximately 11.8% of the entire issued share capital of the Company.
