DELAYED DUTCH STATUTORY ANNUAL FINANCIAL REPORT
Plaza Centers N.V. ("Plaza" or the "Company") announces that the publication of its Dutch Statutory Annual Report will be delayed as the Company's auditors are still in the process of reviewing information and it expects that publication of the report will take place shortly.
