Transaction in own shares
PIP announces that on 24 May 2022, the Company purchased 147,500 ordinary shares of 6.7p (the "Ordinary Shares") at a price of £2.936453 pence per Ordinary Share to be held in Treasury.
Total Voting Rights
Following the share buyback, the Company's issued Ordinary Share capital consists of 540,894,470 Ordinary Shares, of which 3,275,830 shares are held in Treasury. Therefore, the total number of Ordinary Shares with voting rights in the Company is 537,618,640 Ordinary Shares. Each share has one voting right.
