As at 30 April 2013 the Company's issued share capital consists of 34,919,013Ordinary Shares with equal voting rights and 33,312,534 redeemable shares of 1peach without voting rights.
The total number of voting rights in the Company is 34,919,013 and this figuremay be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by whichthey should determine if they are required to notify their interest in, orchange to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure andTransparency Rules.
