("Plant Impact" or the "Company")
The Directors of Plant Impact give the following trading update in relation to the 16 month period ended 31 July 2013.
Following adverse growing conditions in Europe, the results for the period were materially behind current market expectations. Conversely, the Company has recently launched new products in Southern Hemisphere markets, and the financial performance for the three month period ending 31 October 2013 is significantly improved year-on-year.
The group's unaudited preliminary accounts for the period ending 31 July 2013, along with a Q1 2014 trading update, will be released later today.
