Plant Impact announces that on 19 April 2013 it received notice that following the acquisition of 100,000 ordinary shares in the capital of the Company ("Shares") on 18 April 2013, City Natural Resources High Yield Trust plc is interested in a total of 4,321,428 Shares representing 7.05% of the total voting rights in the issued share capital of the Company.
