4 July 2017 - Produce Investments plc (AIM: PIL), a leading operator in the fresh potato and daffodil sectors, discloses that Robert Johnston, Non-Executive Director of the Group, on Monday 3 July 2017, purchased 12,500 Ordinary Shares in the Group at a price of 185p per share.

Following the purchase, Mr Johnston has a personal interest of 20,000 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.07% of the Company's issued share capital.

Mr Johnston is the principal representative of the Jerry Zucker Revocable Trust, the largest shareholder in the Company, owning 6,897,136 shares, representing c. 25.4% of the Company's issued share capital.

Following the purchase the Jerry Zucker Revocable Trust and Robert Johnston, will in aggregate hold 6,917,136 shares, representing approximately c. 25.5% of the Company's issued share capital.
