PIK GROUP BOARD POSTPONES
ADDITIONAL SHARE ISSUANCE
(LONDON, 06 June 2008) - PIK Group (LSE: PIK), one of Russia's leading residential real estate developers, today announces that its Board of Directors resolved to postpone the vote on the previously announced issuance of new shares by open subscription, following receipt of a request from Forienst Investments Limited and Maritrade Investments Limited, which are indirectly controlled by Kirill Pisarev and Yuri Zhukov, respectively.
PIK Group's recently announced proposed land acquisitions will be financed from alternative sources of funding.
