Delayed notification of major interest in shares
Set out below is the TR-1 notification of a major interest in shares in Brighton Pier Group in respect of Legal & General Group Plc, dated 12 November 2019. This notification was inadvertently not released at the relevant time due to administrative issues with the email account to which the notification was sent.
