Completion of Acquisition

Further to the announcement on 5 December 2017 of the proposed acquisition of Lethington Leisure Limited and Placing to raise gross proceeds of £3.0 million, Brighton Pier Group announces Completion of the Acquisition and Admission.

The Admission comprising the admission of the New Ordinary Shares issued pursuant to the Placing and the Consideration Shares occurred at 8.00 a.m. on 8 December 2017. 3,821,053 New Ordinary Shares were admitted to trading on AIM.

The total number of Ordinary Shares in issue following Admission will be 35,583,510. Accordingly, the figure of 35,583,510 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in the Company under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
