Dividend Declaration

Eclectic, a leading operator of premium bars in the UK, declared a special dividend of 2.5p per ordinary share in its maiden results announcement for the 52 weeks to 29 June 2014, in line with the Company's stated dividend policy.

The dividend will be paid on 27 November 2014 to shareholders on the register at close of business on 7 November 2014 with the shares marked ex-dividend on 6 November 2014.
