Block Listing Application
The Brighton Pier Group PLC provides notification that an application has been made to the London Stock Exchange for admission to AIM for a block listing of 150,000 ordinary shares of £0.25 each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares").
These Ordinary Shares, which will be identical in all respects with the existing issued share capital of the Company, will not be allotted immediately but rather will be allotted from time to time as and when options are exercised under The Brighton Pier Group share option scheme.
It is expected that admission will become effective on or around 9 October 2017.
