Updated Appendix to Schedule 1 and Correction to Announcements

Further to the announcement of 13 August 2012 regarding the Company's re-domicile to Singapore, the Company announces that it has uploaded an updated Appendix to the AIM Schedule 1 to its website at www.phorm.com.

The updated Appendix includes the following amendments to the Additional Information on the Directors of the Company:

·; The inclusion of the directorships of the newly incorporated Phorm Corporation Limited and Phorm Redom Corporation;

·; The amendment to directorships of Mark Schneider, Lord Lamont and Andrew Croxson; and

·; The inclusion of additional information in relation to a past directorship of Kent Ertugrul, Hamburger Halt Limited.

Further to the announcement of 19 June 2012, and under Schedule 2(g) of the AIM Rules in relation to the past and present directorships of Andrew Croxson, the announcement omitted his present directorships of Phorm Advertising and Content SRL, PT Reklam Çözümleri Ticaret Ve Servis A.Ş.and Phorm Solutions Korea, Inc. and his past directorship of Ingenious Consulting Associates Limited.

In addition, further to the announcement of 1 December 2008, and under Schedule 2(g) of the AIM Rules in relation to the past and present directorships of Lord Lamont, the announcement omitted his present directorships of The British-Iranian Chamber of Commerce and JSST Securities Limited and his past directorships of The British Romanian Chamber of Commerce and Anglo Arabian Projects Limited, as well as Pacific Life Re Limited, Pacific Life Re Services Limited, Tartan Financial (UK), Tartan Holdings (UK) Limited and JFIT Securities Limited (each of which are subsidiaries of entities disclosed at that time).

In addition, further to the announcement of 16 August 2010, and under Schedule 2(g) of the AIM Rules in relation to the past and present directorships of Mark Schneider, the announcement omitted his present directorships of ShortsTV France Limited, Shorts International Limited and his past directorship of Music Choice Europe Limited.
