Correction: Number of Shares in Reg S Line (PHRM) and Unrestricted Line (PHRX)
Phorm, Inc., (AIM: PHRX and PHRM), today announces a correction to the number of shares outstanding in the Reg S Line (PHRM and the Unrestricted Line (PHRX), subsequent to a previously announced transfer of shares on 16 August 2010 with RNS Number 1494R.
All other details remain unchanged.

Transfer of Shares between Reg S Line (PHRM) and Unrestricted Line (PHRX)
Phorm, Inc., (AIM: PHRX and PHRM), today announces that the Company has applied to AIM for the following shares to be transferred from the unrestricted line, trading under PHRX, to the restricted line, trading under PHRM, and from the restricted line, trading under PHRM to the unrestricted line, trading under PHRX.
The transfers are expected to take effect from 20 August 2010.

Following the transfer of these shares the Company still has a total of 18,479,907 issued and outstanding Common Shares trading on AIM, of which 17,472,014 will be in the restricted line, trading under PHRM, and 1,007,893 in the unrestricted line, trading under PHRX. 45,000 of the aforementioned PHRM Common Shares are held in treasury.
No new shares have been issued and, as previously indicated, dealings in the shares under the new ticker symbols are expected to commence on 20 August 2010.
