PhosAgro EGM Approves Dividend
Moscow – PhosAgro (Moscow Exchange, LSE: PHOR), one of the world’s leading vertically integrated phosphate-based fertilizer producers, announces that an Extraordinary Meeting of Shareholders (“EGM”) on 6 October 2015 approved the payment of a dividend of RUB 7.382 billion, or RUB 57 per share (RUB 19 per Global Depositary Receipt).
The record date for eligibility to receive dividends was set as 17 October 2015.

The EGM also approved a number of related party transactions.
