Re-admission of Phoenix Group Holdings

Further to the announcement on 31 August 2018 regarding the completion of the acquisition of Standard Life Assurance, Phoenix Group Holdings ("Phoenix" or the "Company") confirms that the Company's entire issued share capital (including the 144,114,450 ordinary shares issued to Standard Life Aberdeen plc as part consideration for the acquisition) was re-admitted to the premium listing segment of the Official List of the UKLA and to trading on the LSE's main market for listed securities this morning, 3 September 2018, at 8.00 a.m.
