PHOENIX GROUP HOLDINGS PLC2019 Annual Report and Accounts and 2020 Annual General Meeting Phoenix Group Holdings plc (the "Company") has today posted to shareholders the following documents:

· Notice of 2020 Annual General Meeting
· Form of Proxy for the 2020 Annual General Meeting
