Board Change
Phoenix Group Holdings plc ("Phoenix") today announces the appointment of Sherry Coutu CBE to its Board of Directors as an independent Non-Executive Director and member of the Remuneration Committee with effect from 1 May 2025.
Sherry Coutu CBE is an experienced Non-Executive Director, working with a combination of technology, investment, innovation, education and financial services organisations that empower their customers. She is currently Non-Executive Director of Pearson plc, where she is Chair of the Remuneration Committee and member of the Nomination & Governance Committee. At Raspberry Pi plc, she is Senior Independent Director, Chair of the Remuneration Committee and member of the Audit and Sustainability Committees.
She brings rich experience as a Non-Executive Director, having previously served on the boards of London Stock Exchange Group plc, RM plc, Zoopla plc and Interactive Investor plc, where she was also Chair of their Remuneration Committees. She spent her executive career as a successful investor and entrepreneur within the technology sector and has impressive credentials gained by investing in, and supporting, numerous companies in their transformation journeys. Over the past 23 years Sherry has made angel investments in more than 70 companies and holds investments in 5 venture capital firms. She has been an angel investor in companies such as leso, 5minsAI, Closed Loop Medicine, Maven, LOVEFiLM, Duedil, LinkedIn, Bonobos and others.

This announcement is made pursuant to LR 6.4.6 of the Listing Rules.
There is no further information required to be notified under Listing Rule 6.4.8 with regard to Sherry Coutu CBE's appointment referred to above.
