(“PowerHouse” or the “Company”)
Placing to raise £250,000 and Appointment of Joint Broker
PowerHouse is pleased to announce that it has raised £250,000 (gross) through the placing of 41,666,667 ordinary shares of 0.5 pence each (“Ordinary Shares”) in the capital of the Company (the “Placing”) at a price of 0.6 pence per Ordinary Share. The new Ordinary Shares issued under the Placing have been issued to private clients of SVS Securities plc and constitute 9.69% of the enlarged Ordinary Share capital of the Company. The monies raised will be used for general working capital purposes.
Following the Placing, the Company will have a total of 430,163,414 Ordinary Shares in issue. The new Ordinary Shares have been issues today and will be admitted to trading on AIM on 14 December 2015.
The Placing has been arranged by Vicarage Capital Limited, who have been appointed as the Company’s joint broker with effect from 8 December 2015.
