Plant Health Care (AIM: PHC) was notified that on 23 May 2017, Richard Webb, Executive Director of the Company, purchased a total of 106,530 ordinary shares of 1 penny each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 30 pence per Ordinary Share. Following the purchase, Richard Webb is beneficially interested in 868,400 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.59 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.
PHC was further notified that on 23 May 2017, Joelle Jenny, the spouse of Richard Webb purchased a total of 80,825 Ordinary Shares at a price of 30 pence per Ordinary Share. Following the purchase, Joelle Jenny, is beneficially interested in 80,825 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.05 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital
