Plant Health Care plc (AIM: PHC) was notified that on 16 February 2017, Christopher Richards, Executive Chairman and Interim CEO of the Company, purchased a total of 452,351 ordinary shares of 1 pence in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 19 pence per Ordinary Share. Following the purchase, Christopher Richards, is beneficially interested in 1,228,675 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.83 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.
PHC was further notified that on 17 February 2017, Carolyn Richards, the spouse of Christopher Richards purchased a total of 74,938 Ordinary Shares in the capital of the Company at a price of 20 pence per Ordinary Share. Following the purchase, Carolyn Richards is beneficially interested in 94,762 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.06 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.
PHC was further notified that on 17 February 2017, William Lewis, Non-Executive Director of the Company, purchased a total of 185,500 Ordinary Shares in the capital of the Company at a price of 21 pence per Ordinary Share. Following the purchase, William Lewis, Non-Executive Director, is beneficially interested in 373,460 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.25 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.
