Plant Health Care, a leading provider of novel patent-protected biological products to global agricultural markets, has been informed that on 27 February 2023, Dr Christopher Richards, Chairman of the Company, transferred 1,487,958 ordinary shares of 0.01 pence each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") held by him to an ISA held in the name of him and his wife. This transfer was effected by the sale of 1,487,958 Ordinary Shares at a price of ÂŁ0.10402 pence per Ordinary Share and the immediate repurchase of 1,487,958 Ordinary Shares at a price of ÂŁ0.104 per Ordinary Share.

Following this transfer, the total number of Ordinary Shares held by Dr Richards and persons closely associated with him is unchanged and those parties are beneficially interested in 4,285,527 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 1.4% of the Company's issued share capital.
