Plant Health Care Expands Distribution Agreement with Sym-Agro, Inc.

Raleigh, NC, December 2, 2015. Plant Health Care (AIM: PHC.L), a leading provider of novel biological products to global agriculture markets, today announced that it has signed a new distribution agreement with Sym-Agro Inc. which expands the relationship between the two companies.

Under the expanded agreement, Sym-Agro will distribute Employ®, a product based on Plant Health Care's proprietary Harpin αβ protein technology for foliar application, and Myconate®, a mycorrhizal stimulant for plant root growth, across more territories in the Western U.S. agricultural markets. Product usage will also target a wider array of specialty crops. Commercial terms were not disclosed.
