Sarossa Plc has now become a controlled undertaking of Richard Griffiths for DTR rule purposes. As such Sarossa Plc's shareholding in Plant Health Care Plc, as shown in box 9, is now aggregated into 'Richard Griffiths and controlled undertakings' disclosures. The movement in shares in this disclosure is due to that aggregation and no further shares in Plant Health Care Plc were acquired by Richard Griffiths, his controlled undertakings or Sarossa Plc as part of this disclosure. Sarossa Plc is part of the concert party for which a whitewash wavier has been granted and as there is no movement in the shares held by that concert party no bid is therefore triggered.
