Plant Health Care PLC12 March 2008 Plant Health Care plc12 March 2008 For immediate release 12 March 2008 Plant Health Care plc ("the Company") Additional Listing Application has been made for 3,750 ordinary shares of 1 pence each in theCompany ("Ordinary Shares") to be admitted to trading on the London StockExchange's AIM market for listed securities ("Admission"). The new Ordinary Shares ("New Shares") are being issued pursuant to theacceptance of an exchange offer for minority shares in Plant Health Care, Inc.Admission is expected to become effective on 18 March 2008. Following admission of the New Shares, the total issued share capital of theCompany will be 44,709,229 Ordinary Shares, all of which have voting rights.
