Managerial Responsibility and Connected Persons

The Company was notified on 2 April 2013 that on the same day Dr Mike Watts, a Non-Executive Director of the Company, bought 1,336 SOCO International plc ordinary shares of £0.05 each ("Shares") at a purchase price of £3.799 per Share. The Shares were purchased on the open market pursuant to a trading plan entered into on 26 March 2013.

Following this transaction, which represents 0.0004% of the issued share capital of the Company, Dr Watts holds 86,422 Shares, representing 0.03% of the issued share capital of the Company.
