Personal Group Holdings Plc (the "Company")Trading Update25 September 2006Further to the Interim Results announced today for the six month period to 30June 2006, the Company today announces its intention to commence an investmentprogramme aimed at strengthening its product marketing capabilities.Further permanent sales staff are to be recruited over the coming period toDecember 2007 into the Company's Universal Provident subsidiary, to reach alevel of 15 permanent employees by the end of 2007.
