Grant of Options to PDMR
The Company announces that, on 29 November 2019, it granted options over 8,571 new ordinary shares of 5p each in the Company to Rebekah Tapping, Group HR Director. These options were granted under the Company's Inland Revenue approved Company Share Option Plan (CSOP) and may be exercised within 10 years from 29 November 2019, at an exercise price of 350p per share.
