Personal Group Holdings Plc (AIM: PGH), the workforce benefits and health insurance provider, announces that its Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 December 2024 together with a Notice of Annual General Meeting and Form of Proxy were posted to shareholders on Tuesday 8 April 2025. These documents are available to view on the Company's investor relations website at https://www.personalgroup.com/company-and-shareholder-information in accordance with AIM Rule 20.

The Company's Annual General Meeting will be held at 10:00am on Thursday 8 May 2025 at John Ormond House, 899 Silbury Boulevard, Milton Keynes, MK9 3XL.
