Patagonia Gold Begins Trading

On Toronto Stock Exchange

December 7, 2011 - Patagonia Gold Plc (TSX:PAT) (AIM:PGD.L) ("Patagonia Gold", "the Company") announces its ordinary shares will commence trading today on the Toronto Stock Exchange (TSX), effective at TSX market open under the trading symbol PAT.

The Company's ordinary shares will continue to trade on the AIM market of the London Stock Exchange, listed under the symbol PGD.L.
