Director's Shareholding

Pathfinder was notified on 28 April 2016 that Robert Easby, Finance Director and Company Secretary, has transferred his holding of ordinary shares in the Company to an Individual Savings Account ("ISA"). The transaction comprised the sale of 265,000 ordinary shares at 0.8p and a purchase of 259,932 ordinary shares at 0.811p. Accordingly Mr Easby's has an interest in 259,932 ordinary shares, representing 0.19 per cent. of the issued share capital of the Company.

CMdN, a subsidiary of Pathfinder, was issued mining concession licences 760C and 4623C on 13 September 2004 and 13 July 2011 respectively, each for a period of twenty-five years. Taken together, these mining concessions cover approximately 32,000 hectares of land on the Indian Ocean coast of the Zambezia province of Mozambique, known to contain the heavy minerals, ilmenite, rutile and zircon.

As announced on 3 February 2012, ownership of these licences is being disputed.
