Board Changes

Pathfinder Minerals Plc announces that following the Company's recent change of investing policy to focus on natural resources, Gerry Lee, Non-Executive Chairman of Pathfinder, has resigned from the Board with immediate effect.

Nick Trew, Executive Director, commented:
