Following completion of the planned restructure of Prime Focus London plc, the Company announces that Bernard Kumeta has resigned from the position of CEO, Prime Focus London plc with immediate effect.
During the time since his appointment in April 2012, Bernard has carried out an extensive financial and operational restructure of the Company which has resulted in a return to profitability. Bernard leaves with our good wishes and we wish him every continued success in his future career.
