Issue of Equity and Options
Prime Focus announces that it has issued a total of 18,550 new ordinary shares in the capital of the Company (the "New Ordinary Shares") in respect of notices for the exercise of options received from two former employees of the Company. Application will be made to the London Stock Exchange for admission of the New Ordinary Shares to trading on AIM, which is expected to commence on 9 May 2012. Following admission, the Company will have a total of 32,882,431 ordinary shares in issue.
In addition, the Company announces that on 1 May 2012 it issued options over 40,000 ordinary shares, with an exercise price of 21.5p (being the closing middle market price on the business day prior to the issue of the options) to Christopher Honeyborne, a non-executive director of the Company. The options will vest on the third anniversary of the issue of the option and expire on the tenth anniversary of the issue.
