PUBLICATION OF PROSPECTUS AND CIRCULAR
Further to the announcement made by Premier Foods plc (the "Company") earlier today relating to the Capital Refinancing Plan, the Company announces that the Prospectus in respect of the proposed Placing and Rights Issue has been approved by the Financial Conduct Authority and will shortly be available for viewing on the Company's website at http://www.premierfoods.co.uk. The Circular, containing a notice convening a General Meeting to be held at Hilton London West End, 92 Southampton Row, London WC1B 4BH at 10.00 a.m. on 20 March 2014, will be posted to shareholders today.
The Prospectus and the Circular will be submitted to the National Storage Mechanism, where they will shortly be available for inspection at www.morningstar.co.uk/uk/NSM. The Company's financial statements for the year ended 31 December 2013 have also been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism.
Copies of the Prospectus and the Circular are also available at the Company's registered address.
