Notification of transactions by persons discharging managerial responsibilities ('PDMRs') and persons closely associated ("PCAs")
The Company announces that it was notified on 7 March 2024 of the following transactions by Simon Rose, a PDMR of the Company, and his wife Philippa Rose, a person closely associated with him.
On 7 March 2024 Mrs Rose sold 13,032 ordinary shares of 10p each in the Company ('Shares'), at a price of 156p per Share, and transferred 35,750 Shares to Mr Rose, for nil consideration. Mr Rose sold 12,854 Shares, at a price of 156p per Share, and then purchased 25,639 Shares, at a price of 156.125p per Share.
The notifications set out below are provided in accordance with the requirements of the Market Abuse Regulation.
