The Company has been notified of the acquisition of Premier Foods plc ordinary shares of 1p each ("Shares") on 12 May 2011 as detailed below. The acquisitions were made to satisfy share ownership requirements under the new Long Term Incentive Plan that was approved by shareholders in April 2011.
