NOTIFICATION OF TRANSACTIONS OF DIRECTORS AND PERSONS DISCHARGING MANAGERIAL RESPONSIBILITIES (PDMR)
In common with all eligible employees, directors and PDMRs were invited on 14 September 2009 to participate in the Premier Foods plc 2009 Sharesave Scheme and were given the option to buy ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company (Shares) at a price of 36p in 3 years time.
